How weird to just write something crappy on here.@ Kelly How can you say you’ll get what you pay for without even knowing the bands music that are playing. If you are the type that only likes to go to shows with musical acts that already have a contract than just do it, don’t slander the rest of the music world. Remember though that those bands had to play the shows that you like to make fun of in order to get to the stage that you paid more than we can to stand in front of.

Except for missing Girl Talk, Devo and Jacket, I think this year’s Forecastle is awesome!!! Can’t wait for July!

If you get what you pay for, why does Forecastle have a bunch of overhyped buzz bands fresh out of the pages of Paste, Pitchfork, and Spin? Additionally, how is anyone billed above Robert Plant? And I hate Robert plant! As usual, for the last couple of years, we’ve seen a lot of filler there. Remember everyone’s obsession with Sleigh Bells? Oh, you want to see Jim James/My Morning Jacket AGAIN? Yeah, that was bad. I tried making a schedule for Forecastle. I have 3 bands I want to see. If a festival doesn’t come with some harsh schedule decisions, it’s not a good festival.
