“Hello friends!” says Jim James in a statement. “I have put together a special band of some of my oldest pals to help bring this album to life on the road! We are very excited about it and can’t wait to bring it to light! See ya out on the open road!”
Jim James and band will perform at the Brown Theater n Broadway on Wednesday, April 17th at 8 p.m., in support of his first solo album, Regions of Light and Sound of God, which will be available on February 5th.

His band for this so-called solo tour includes drummer Dave Givan, bassist Alana Rocklin, keyboardist Dan Dorf and Kevin Ratterman on percussion and samples.
Tickets for the all ages, general admission concert are $31 (with $1 from every ticket going to the cancer research hospital and treatment center City of Hope), and will go on sale February 1st at 10 a.m.
