“Outta Sight” releases March 15 with no less than eight different mixes. Public Enemy’s Chuck D. joins up with the DJ group, having met at a joint performance for the documentary “Copyright Criminals,” a look at the outdated laws of modern copyright, and the far too rigid for creativity rules therein. PE was featured as one of the greatest groups to use a sampler, while Eclectic Method represented a new guard who samples as many visuals as they do sounds. They’ve gained fame through viral videos chopping up films by Quentin Tarantino and John Hughes, as well as Wu-Tang Clan and Stephen Colbert. —Damien McPherson
