Monsters of Folk — Jim James, M. Ward, Conor Oberst and Mike Mogis — play Oct. 31 at the Louisville Palace. Given James’ unabashed love for Halloween, the Skeletor costume might come out.

One dollar from each ticket sale will benefit non-profits in each city the tour visits.

The group’s album is in stores Sept. 22.
