Music ’Cast: The Hemingways

The Hemingway’s new six-song EP combines elements of contemporary rock, funk and reggae. Released last week, it’s being sold at shows. The band plays Aug. 28 at Bluegrass Brewing Co. in St. Matthews and Sept. 19 at the Mt. Washington Fall Festival. Guitarist Rob Bingham, drummer Rick Bonam and bassist Mike Oswald join us.

Let’s Do the Warped Tour Again

Don’t work; get Warped. It’s time for the nearest passing of the (modest) star-studded constellation known as Vans Warped Tour. The three-dozen-or-so acts are coming to Cincinnati’s Riverbend Amphitheatre tomorrow, July 29.

Monsters of Folk
