Singer-songwriter Rachael Yamagata put on an amazing, heart-felt show last night to a full house at the Hard Rock Cafe. Donning a simple black-and-white-striped dress and a pair of fuck-me boots, Rachael shared some newer material off her latest, Elephants … Teeth Sinking Into Heart, and didn’t shy away from favorites off her 2004 solo debut Happenstance, including “Be Be Your Love” and “Worn Me Down.” At times she sat perched behind a keyboard, occasionally getting up to play acoustic guitar with the three members of her band.
